Splatoon 2 - Update 5.5.1 available now
Altough Splatoon 3 is the focus now, Nintendo has just released a brand new update for Splatoon 2.
This patch simply contains minor fixes and improvements.
Wave 3 of icons based off Super Mario Odyssey now available for Nintendo Switch Online users
Nintendo has added more icons available for Nintendo Switch Online users, which can be purchased with Platinum Coins.
Super Mario Odyssey’s Wave 3 icons mostly focus on Bowser’s Kingdom, and they’ll be available until November 21st, 2022.
Sonic Frontiers: Monster Hunter Collaboration Pack available now
The Monster Hunter Collaboration Pack for Sonic Frontiers is now available across all platforms.
If you wish to try it out, you’ll be able to download it as a free DLC.
Guilty Gear: Strive x IGN Showcase announced
Arc System Works and IGN are partnering up to host a special Guilty Gear: Strive showcase.
It will be hostes on November 21st, 2022 at 1pm PST.
Splatoon 3 - Chill Season 2022 announced
Nintendo has announced the next season for Splatoon 3, titled “Chill Season 2022”. It will begin on December 1st.
Lots of content will be included with the update, including new stages and weapons as well as X Battle. Big Run will also be included, altough not much was revealed about it.

Target to offer a pre-order bonus for Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
An ad has revealed the pre-order bonus for those who pre-order Animal Crossing: New Horizons for Switch at Target.
The pre-order bonus consists of a journal with a custom 2020 calendar.
Mortal Kombat Kollection Online rated for Nintendo Switch.
PEGI has rated Mortal Kombat Kollection Online for Nintendo Switch and some other platforms recently.
Altough nothing has been officially announced, there’s a chance an announcement will be made soon. Here’s a description from the website:

A Hat in Time receives a new update on Nintendo Switch.
A new update for A Hat in Time is now available on Nintendo Switch and PC. You can find the patch notes below:
• Performance and stability improvements
• Added a new visual for when multiple screen-altering badges are equipped (thank you to Ova for allowing us to take inspiration in their video)
•Fixed a ladder that Hat Kid didn’t feel like climbing in The Windmill (Alpine Skyline)
• Fixed some metro trains suddenly and unexpectedly appearing in Nyakuza Metro
• Online Party: The Express Band music is now synced in Online Party
• Modding: Fixed a crash when opening the config menu for a mod multiple times
•Nintendo Switch: Fixed being able to select no user account, preventing the game from saving.
•Nintendo Switch: Fixed a crash when using Peaceful Badge in Nyakuza Metro

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate - River City Smash Spirit Board event revealed.
Nintendo has revealed the next Spirit Board event for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and its theme is “River City Smash”.
This event will add four brand new Spirits from the River City series. It will start on January 24th, 2020 and end after five days.

Splatoon 2 live concert at Nintendo Live 2019 video with English translation (ft. K.K. Slider).
A couple of months ago during Nintendo Live 2019 in Japan, a special Splatoon 2 live concert was held, with a special appearance of K.K. Slider from Animal Crossing.
